Manage Your Collections is an application within The National Archives’ Discovery catalogue that allows external archive services to add, edit, delete and restore information about their own collections in Discovery. Any archive with an ARCHON code can use it to manage their collections data.
It can be used as an archive’s sole means of getting collections information online or as a supplementary means of giving access to information, extending the reach of collections to new audiences. There is no charge for taking part, and catalogues are transferred using Excel spreadsheets, so it can be of particular assistance for small organisations with limited resources and online presence.
